The rooms are clean and well appointed. Has a nice kitchen area with dishes and utensils. The only hit is some noise from the elevator. Over all a decent place to stay in Lisbon

Overall no major complaints. Wanted to give 3.5 as better than 3 stars but not a 4! The owner was very quick with responses and helped with luggage storage as we arrived early. The room was pretty good as well with housekeeping done on day 3. Our concers were: 1. The bedsheets and pillow covers could have been cleaners (without some staines), although they were washed. 2. The AC was inconsistent throughout the night. As we spend most of our time roaming around, it was perfect for us for the price we paid.

You get what you pay for. Not a clean place. Human hair everywhere inn the room. Bathroom not clean sonsharing a bathroom was not a great experience Room 3, AC , making a noise every 15 mins Sent a message to contact, no reply You get what you oay for We were a couple so okay, think again if you are in your own. Noone around in case id emergency.

We had a great stay at NLC Rooms & Suites. The room was spacious and had a fridge. Shared bathrooms were clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful thanks to respectful guests. It’s perfect for independent travelers who don’t need hotel-style service. The location is excellent, close to public transport and just a 4-euro Uber ride from the airport. The only problem some guests might face is arriving at midnight without having received the entry code or without internet access. It can be difficult, and sometimes they ring the doorbell and wake up other guests to get in. I think it would be better to send the codes earlier or have someone available by phone 24/7. And as soon as the booking is made, full information about check-in and the stay should be sent.

Not exactly like on the pictures, much more “tired” and not well maintained - bunch of semi broken items (drawers, furniture, even wall decorations) and semi-dirty surfaces (layer of dust on the mirror, water stains, towels with stains of usage, random hairs on the walls). The room was close to the shared bathroom and the insulation is very poor, so it was quite noisy at night and early mornings. They also provide cleaning which i didn’t want/need and there’s no way to sign it. Location is not too centric but well connected with public transport.

Very friendly stay and i guess you get what you pay for. Shared bathroom was not kept clean, couldn’t get ourselves to use the shower. Very telling that the bedding and towels had been reused multiple times. Room overall was neat. Stayed for a night area seemed safe and secure.

In general a comfortable place

In general this is great for a couple of days of stay. The rooms are big with A/C, work table, cupboards, fridge etc. The beds are generally comfortable. The owner/Manager is quick to respond to any of your needs. It has a large kitchen of ever you want to cook or heat your food with all you need. On the downside there were bedbugs in one of the rooms, but the manager was quick enough to find us another room with was excellent. The stay is just 10 meters away from a metro station entrance ! But the area is call and good with a supermarket, 24 pharmacy, restaurent etc in the vicinity.

Nice modern clean rooms with AC, a fridge and wifi. Perfect for short citytrip. Subway just in front of accomodation The shared bathrooms are clean but need a few updates/fixes like new tap and a lock
