Emplacement parfait pour découvrir Lisbonne. Au pied de la Sé, à côté du métro, restaurants sur la rue. Personnels et propreté sans reproche. Petit déjeuner varié.

Incredibly helpful, kind and friendly staff. Showed a genuine desire to make guests as comfortable as possible - for example, we left the hotel for one night to go to Porto and left our luggage with them during that time. We came back the following day in the evening to check back into our new room, and they left the luggage waiting in our room. They also let us go to breakfast a little early on our flight day, as by the time it officially started, we’d have already left for the airport. Acts like these showed they really cared about us being comfortable and that made our vacation al the more relaxing!

I had a great stay and managed to visit a lot of famous places from there (Belém, the statue or Christ, all Miradouros, Lisboa Stadiums, Sintra and Azenhas do Mar). Great job for the reception !

Nice place
The location is amazing with an ocean view. Right in the historic part of town with so many attractions at walking distance. Affordable, but the breakfast buffet can use some variety.

Alfama holiday
Bright and very clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location in Alfama so very close to lots of attractions but quiet at night. Lovely to be looking out at trees and riverside. Breakfasts very good and generous - especially appreciated the fresh fruit . Spacious bathroom

Great location, friendly staff but poorly maintain
The location is fabulous, the staff super friendly and helpful, the free breakfast surprisingly tasty, varied and pleasant. HOWEVER, the room looked nothing like in a photo (you really wouldn’t want to spend more time than absolutely needed); the state of the room was atrocious (all walls were chipped and stained); the glass wall in the shower was probably never cleaned. While clean, there was a clear maintenance debt.

Jewel in Alfama
We had a great and fun experience, the hotel was very clean Marcia and Mr Moreira were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is centrally located one block from a metro station. We will definitely return.

Ótima localização, atendimento e conforto
O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo à praça do comércio, estação de metrô e Rua Augusta, onde se encontram vários restaurantes bons. O Sr. Moreira foi muito amável desde o princípio, nos recebeu bem e estava sempre solícito para o que precisássemos. O café da manhã tem boas opções, com frutas e pães frescas. O quarto é confortável, bem condicionado e o banheiro é grande. Ficamos na suíte de frente para o rio no 1° andar. Nossa experiência foi excelente.

Café da manhã deixa a desejar
O quarto é espaçoso e a cama confortável. O box não possui porta, o que faz com que se molhe todo o banheiro. O café da manhã deixa bastante a desejar. Não possui alimentos quentes.. somente pão, frios e frutas.

Amazing location with very easy transport links, modern rooms with comfortable beds but what really makes this hotel Five Star is the hotel team who cannot do enough to help guests. Highly recommend

Great service
A family runs this hotel and do it very well. They're very service oriented. They offer a nice coffee service in the morning. They also offers a decent breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend them
