Hotel is located in good area and lots of dining options around in walkable distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They even helped us suggest places to visit, best way to get to the downtown, and other places to see near the hotel. Amazing stay overall and would highly recommend. It is outside of the downtown area so price is little less but not that far and can easily be reached using metro or bus.

Close to the downtown area, metro station, bus stops, dining options, fast food restaurants, and park area. The room and bathroom was nice and clean. Great breakfast options with tea, coffee, cappuccino, green tea, juices, different breads, fresh croissant, cereal, cakes, pastry, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese options, yogurt, fresh fruits, and few non-veg options. Parking fee is around 14 euros but there is some parking garage in the area for lesser price.

Check-in facile et courtois. On nous a donné accès à notre chambre à midi au lieu de 15h00. C’était très apprécié. La chambre était propre. Le quartier était tranquille et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire. Tout nous a semblé cinq étoiles.

Our room did not have AC. I called down straight away and was told that it would be turned on. A couple of hours later I called back down as it was still quite warm. I was told it would be addressed. 2 minutes later, I got a call back that the AC was not working for our room and that we could change rooms. We were already in bed and set up so that was not a reasonable option. The next morning I was told that there was no AC on the 5th floor as they are transitioning the system from heat and that the person I spoke with should have known that. I asked why we were put on that floor if the AC wasn’t working. The person at the desk had no answer. The supervisor was not in. I honestly believe that when you book through a third party, you are not treated with the same respect or given the same level of service. Twice now I’ve not been happy with rooms booked through Expedia. I was shocked as generally Holiday Inn is quite good. I asked for my money back and was told I would have to email the supervisor once back in Canada.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 300 Meter von der Metro-Station Saldanha entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind o.k., das Bad geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist übersichtlich, trotzdem ausreichend, mit frischem Obst und Gemüse. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Typically American hotel, nothing fancy, convenient location and parking for us. Underground parking nearby, we paid 12.50 for 8,5 hours , hotel parking is 14$ overnight. Good breakfast. I have seen mostly American and Canadian guests. Small room , view to street. Shower only. Comfortable bed. Everything was good.

Overall, great place to stay. Clean, do not hear street noise. Front desk staff helpful and excellent breakfast. Close to metro station. A couple of downsides: walls between rooms not very thick, so some noise comes through and air in room controlled centrally, so was a bit warm. Would stay again.

Sehr sauber, zum Geburtstag gab es auch einen Willkommensdrink. Die Lage war sehr gut, für eine Stadttour. Direkt eine Bahnlinie in der Nähe, mit der alles was man besichtigen wollte, zu erreichen war. Personal sehr nett, egal zu welcher Zeit. Zimmer jeden Tag sauber gemacht worden, wunderschönes sauberes Bad und das Zimmer an sich sehr modern. Gratis Wlan und gutes Frühstück. Im Großen und ganzen das perfekte Hotel für eine Stadtbesichtigung in Lissabon.

Superb economy range hotel. Modern , spotlessly clean, close to Metro and ease of access to surrounding area. Staff helpful, breakfast basic but good.

チェックインの際に、フロントスタッフ女性が白人女性の対応が終わり、私の番になったので、前に進み、チェックインをお願いした。しかし、「オラー」と言っただけで、黙って下を向き、キーボードをいじり続けていました。手作業が終わるのを待ってましたが、私のチェックインの対応をしてくれませんでした。結局隣にいた男性スタッフにチェックインの対応をしてもらった。スタッフ女性は、お客様対応マナーを習得していなかった。非常に不愉快でした。東洋人を差別しているのかとも思いました。

Excellent housekeeping and reception. The room is spotless with comfortable bed. The reception staff is very accommodating to my request when asked to change from twin to double bed room. Breakfast is just right for what is paid for. Highly recommended
