For a hotel in the centre of Lisbon this is a great place to stay and good value for money. The room we had was simple, clean and served its purpose well. I would stay her again.

I would HIGHLY recommend this place for a stay in Lisbon. Situated in downtown Lisbon, really close to a lot of the main attractions Lisbon has, also easy and close to Metro. A short walk up the hill so isn’t too bad with luggage which is expected with Lisbon. Rooms were amazing and clean. Also when our tv wasn’t working, it was sorted out swiftly. Shout out to Luige (hope that was spelt correct), all the rest of the desk staff were also great always welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. They also have free drinks included with the stay which was amazing!!

Loved this hotel, I’d stay here again. Good value for money. Room was great. No breakfast but the nespresso coffee machine was great, you can also get free tea, water and hot chocolate. The staff are so helpful! Only thing I didn’t like: the toilet wasn’t the cleanest

The surrounding area was the worst we all most didn't stay the address is the back of property garfitiy, homeless siting on the stairs where you walked do to get to door. Inside was very clean and new tv went out , but that happens. Staff very nice and helpful

The hotel is brand new and in such a great location! Highly recommend this place, the staff was also really friendly. Only minus was that the room was a bit humid although we used the AC, but that didn’t bother too much.

Very difficult to locate. Not for anyone with physical disabilities. OK for one night stay. No sign on the building or on the street to locate the hotel. Bed was comfortable. No storage space. No safe for travelers documents.

The room itself was quite spacious, and we had a kitchenette with a surprisingly high number of pots, pans, and other dishes. Bed was a king, even though it was advertised as a queen, so that was great. But the bathroom was so, so, so moldy and disgusting with a smell so bad that it filled the entire hotel. I would not recommend staying here until they update some of their facilities - there is terrible water drainage in the bathrooms which makes the smells so much worse. Not a great experience, but could be great if they make those updates!

The room was clean and the location of hotel was really good. The hotel was renovated and staff were friendly. The AC was installed in the room and worked properly. The room had downsides too. The beds were extremely small ( 65 cm - 70 cm which is below standard single beds (90 cm) ) - the mattress was made of spring and it was very jumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were high and stiff as well. The property is built over a metro station so you hear and sense the vibration of train moving which is not something they can do anything about but if you're a light sleeper you should know.

The room had severe mold in bathroom. The second day bugs were crawling on me. They changed our room and the 2nd also had mold. We moved to a 3rd room 1am at this point. We called Expedia. We told them we would check out in am and wanted a partial refund. They said they would contact management. We went to new hotel next day, Expedia sent us an email that said they couldn’t get a hold of management and offered us 50 usd. The room was also dirty and shower was broke,

Wir hatten für 2 Personen für 9 Nächte nach einer Unterkunft in Lissabon gesucht. Wichtig hierbei war uns vor allem die Nähe zur Stadt, zu Öffis, eine kleine Küche und natürlich eine Klimaanlage. Nach einer Suche wurden wir hier fündig. Wichtig hierbei zu erwähnen, direkt vorab, die angegebene angebliche Kochnische laut Expedia existiert nicht - das ist ein Fehler von Expedia. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und es wurde direkt eine Möglichkeit gesucht, unsere Wünsche nach einer kleinen Küche zu erfüllen. Das hat auch bestens geklappt. Das gesamte Personal, sei es an der Rezeption oder die Reinigungskräfte, waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ziemlich bequem, selbst die Kissen, welche mir oftmals in anderen Hotels schon Probleme bereiteten. Die verbaute Klimaanlage kühlt die Räumlichkeiten auch schnell und vor allem leise herunter, sodass man nachts auch ohne Probleme mit eingeschaltener Klimaanlage schlafen konnte. Man konnte sie auch so einstellen, dass sie einem nicht direkt anbläst. Ebenfalls stand uns eine Mikrowelle sowie Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher zur Verfügung. Außerdem bekommt man kostenlosen Kaffee aus einer Maschine, welcher nicht schlecht schmeckt. Das einzige kleine Manko meinerseits war die Decke im Badezimmer, welche leider nicht perfekt sauber war, aber darüber kann man definitiv hinwegsehen. Alles in Allem ein absolut gelungener Urlaub in einem sehr angenehmen Hotel!

Exvellent café dans la salle à manger commune. Très propre. Extrêmement petit. C'était difficile d'entrer dans la salle de bain à 1 seule personne de taille petite. Télévision dans la chambre branchée sur aucun distributeur et non-intelligente, donc me servait à rien. C'est dommage. Air climatisé très utile et fonctionne très bien. Un gros plus.
