The room had a terrible smell, and the whole place was very dirty. We had to wait about 20 minutes for it to be cleaned because it was in such bad condition. There was no air conditioning or windows, the smell was unbearable, and the sheets were clearly not changed. You can hear all the noises from around because the door is not sealed, and the staff member at the front desk was talking loudly on the phone, which made it even worse. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

Hicimos la reservación en línea en una habitación “comfort”, cuando llegamos, la realidad fue totalmente distinta, ya que era una habitación sin ventilación ni una sola ventana. Tenía dos pequeños ventiladores que no servían para absolutamente nada. Las camas estaban excesivamente duras, y las almohadas horribles. Desde que llegamos el anfitrión, nos explicó las reglas de la casa, y a los pocos minutos entró gritando a nuestra habitación que quien se había bañado, ya que había agua en el suelo. Le expresamos que no habíamos sido nosotros y se fue bastante molesto. Nos cobraron un impuesto que no venía documentado en la página y fueron aproximadamente €50 que es solamente nos aceptaron en efectivo. Los baños estaban bien, aunque toda la casa tenía un olor raro en general. En las imágenes para la reserva, se muestra una cocina y la lavadora, aunque en realidad no puedes utilizar nada mas que el refrigerador y el microondas y no hay un solo espacio para sentarse. Recomendaríamos no quedarse en esta habitación, ya que en verdad no hay forma de qué pueda ventilarse, y es muy incómodo estar aquí.

O prédio deixa muito a desejar em temos de limpeza, o quarto não tinha janelas, era quente e só tinha ventiladores pequenos que não aliviavam o calor do verão em Lisboa. Não foi uma boa experiência, definitivamente.

I would not stay here again. This place was dirty there were mold in various places mostly in the bathroom. When you walk in it smelt bad possibly from the mold. Smelt worse in the bathrooms and kitchen. The host was nice but there was confusion about our arrival. It is very difficult to figure out how to check into the place and get into the house when you get there, It is not clear at all. The area is not ideal not very nice and extremely noisy at night but is close to the metro.

Worst stay ever.

The pictures on the website are missleading and not representative. The restroom are filty and full of molds. We had to argue in order to have towels.

It is listed as a hotel but is barely a room. There was a shared bathroom which was not well maintained. Essentially it is a slumlord type floor of an apartment that is shared. It says free parking, but it is just street parking on a different road from the hotel, and is only free from the late evening until 9 am. There was not reception but a person that came about 15 minutes after I called (much longer than he said he would be there). There was a family that came the next morning, and they were waiting more than 20 minutes for him when we left. I still book flights with expedia, but this is the first time I am unsure about booking hotels with the site - I'm just very surprised that this place could advertise on the website, and that it could so falsely represent itself.

Prices in Lisbon have risen and the bad quality acomodation like this is even expensive. Host was rude, e.g. At check in, I was told to step away from door entrance until my booking and identity was confirmed. No towels in rooms. When I asked for some I was given towels smelling of curry! (they were stored in the kitchen!). Door knob came off and window had trouble closing down. Avoid. Many properties are now taken by foreign owners that take advantage of Lisbon popularity and only care about filthy profit. In the 90s you would get a warm welcome from portuguese hosts and good quality affordable acomodation. Nowadays unfortunatelly not so much anymore.

Estuvimos en una habitación sin ventanas. En un baño no hay agua caliente para ducharse. Lo positivo es que está muy centrico y bien comunicado para moverte. La zona es tipo Raval de Barcelona

Avoid at all cost. There is so many wrong things about this place, here are exemples: - Mold in the shower - Ants in the bathroom - Dirt on the fan panels (it was brown) - Sticky floors About the host: - Difficult to reach - Will hang up the phone when you try to call him - Rude - Unorganized He double booked us and placed us in his second location, which is even more unsanitary and unsafe. We had to book at another hotel for those nights, because it was just inhumane. We could hear scratching in the walls… Oh and no refund was offered to us even thought the reality did not fit the expectations of the booking (no parking, no working oven, and no washing machine available!

Difficultés à joindre le "concierge". La moitié de l'immeuble est en cours de gros travaux de rénovation donc bruits de travaux dès 7h55. Interdiction de faire du bruit entre 22h et 08h, mais le concierge prend ses douches après 22h et passe ses appels sans se préoccuper du volume sonore. Interdiction d'utiliser le coin cuisine et la machine à laver alors qu'il était spécifié "laverie" dans l'annonce. Literie: matelas à ressorts fatigués. Salles de bain précaires: pas de chasse d'eau et wc bouchés dans l'une, joints noircis par la moisissure dans les deux, carrelage coupant dans le bac de douche. Electricité précaire: fils dénudés, prises désactivées ou sans cache-prise. Parties communes de l'immeuble encombrées (sacs de gravats, carrelage, wc ou frigo..). La serrure de la chambre n'est pas bien vissée... Et l'escalier de secours donnant accès à l'appartement: des individus y montent et circulent dans l'appartement de jour comme de nuit, donc sentiment d'insécurité. Vue de l'arrière-cour avec encombrants.

Eu reservei um quarto com uma cama de casal, mas, quando cheguei, me deram um quarto com três camas de solteiro e sem banheiro. Como o piso é de madeira, fazia muito barulho quando andávamos, então tínhamos que andar muito devagar e tentando fazer o mínimo de ruído, já que o rapaz que nos atendeu disse que não podíamos fazer nenhum barulho.

This was the worst ever stay in my life! The owner was very disrespectful, and had a big attitude. He cancelled my reservation on the night of my arrival from North America saying that there were bed bugs in the room. My check-in was supposed to be at 2pm, but when we arrived, I found out that he cancelled my room and I was offered a smaller room with no window, and instead of 4 beds, he only gave us 3 single beds and a mattress on the floor (for 4 of us). We felt as if we were living in a prison! When we asked for a partial refund, he told us that he could sell this room for three times as much as I payed for it. I did not end up getting any money back! I was told that the website was wrong and the check-in was actually at 3pm. We booked this room over 6 months ago, and as soon as we booked it, there was no option to cancel my reservation. Also, I sent him an email 2 months before my stay, and he never answered me. Stay away from this place as much as you can. If would have to rate this place, I would give a 0/100. This is not a guest house, this is a ghost/scare house on so many levels.
