Senti-me massageado pelas molas da cama ja que a mesma era velha e praticamente dorme-se direto nas molas. Ficamos sabendo ao sair que hotel ira fechar em 08/01 e sem data prevista de abertura

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given great advice on how to get to the main attractions. They went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were old but comfortable and clean. Good air con and free wifi. Great position! Make sure to buy a Lisboa card. It cost 19 euro for 24 hours and gave free or discounted entry to attractions and free transport. It saved us a lot of time queing and money. Happy holiday!

Hôtel charmant sur une belle avenue ,pas loin à pied du centre, et du métro. Le petit déjeuner est très bien ,il y a du sucré ,du salé. Le personnel est très gentil.

la posizione è ottima in zona tranquilla e ben servita; pulito, ottima colazione, personale disponibile; la camera che denominano "economica" è piccola e al pian terreno, ma confortevole; reception 24h su 24. se serve solo come punto d'appoggio per stare in giro tutto il giorno è più che adeguata.

no air-conditioning and it was 42 degrees!

The air-conditioning (lack of) made the hotel experience unacceptable. It was 42 degrees in Lisbon! The fuses blew twice leaving the room in darkness (after we tried to turn up the failing air-conditioning unit). The staff were very nice and helpful (found us a wonderful guide for the day because considering the heat we did not want to attempt to run around on our own) ...but the lack of air ruined everthing.

Comment se faire entendre....

je suis arrivé avec une réservation d'une chambre double et des mon arrivé l'on me donne les clés d'une single, l’hôtel m'explique alors que j'ai réservé une "chambre mansard" et que celle ci sont en lit simple, je leurs précisent que c'est un lit double comme marqué sur ma réservation, la version change l’hôtel est complet et je suis tout seul alors....Je réclame mon dû et demande à changer de chambre dés le lendemain. Le lendemain un autre employé très sympa au demeurant m'explique que au Portugal lorsque vous demander un grand lit c'est la taille 0.90*1.90, la je me suis demandé si il me prenais pour un demeuré et j'ai donc décidé de contacter vos services, très courtois l'on m'a bien précisé que je devais avoir un lit double et non un simple, je suis donc redescendu à la réception qui finalement m'a accordé une autre chambre au titre que je n'avais pas connaissance des us et coutume du pays, ces échanges surréaliste ce sont déroulés malgré tout dans la tenue et la cordialité.

Goed hotel dichtbij centrum en openbaar vervoer.!!

Let op wat voor kamer je boekt, de basis kamer is aan de kleine kant. Dus boek iets groter. Het is wel netjes en schoon. Ligging is fantastisch , je kan lopend naar het centrum komen. Openbaar vervoer dichtbij. Genoeg restaurants en barretjes in de buurt. Leuk en aardig personeel. Ontbijt prima.

Séjour fort agréable même si nous avons préférez le confort de la chambre de l'an passé au 1 er étage. Mais comment se plaindre d'une chambre lorsque des millions de personne dorment dehors....Le petit déjeuner est toujours aussi bon et le personnel accueillant.

the room was small lacking any amenities but the location was excellent, the staff extremely helpful especially with maps, directions and printing boarding passes and the WI-Fi was superb. It was reasonably priced.

Hôtel très bien situé permettant d'accéder facilement à pied au centre historique de Lisbonne, permettant aussi un accès très proche pour des déplacement par métro ou par la gare centrale do Rossio.

Découverte agréable de Lisbonne.

De l'aéroport accès direct à 150 mètres de l'hôtel , avec un changement dans le métro en moins d'une heure. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre moderne de Lisbonne, bien placé, dans un quartier agréable, le personnel parle ou comprend très bien le Français. Petit déjeuné très copieux ; très agréable séjour.

Pleasant 2* hotel 200m from the Metro

Twin room was clean and quiet and bathroom had a hair dryer. Staff all very pleasant and spoke English. Breakfast was typical continental style but nice enough before heading out for the gastronomic delights that Lisbon offers. We found many reasonably priced eateries within a 10 min walk and would stay here again. It is not 4 or 3* hotel but does not pretend to be either. Loved the staircase and roof lights.

Clean, functional hotel

Tiny, basic rooms featuring full beds with firm mattresses and small TV. Bathrooms have excellent water pressure. Breakfast is cheap (2 euros per night) and has basic provisions for a long day out. Very friendly staff!
