I like it! It was a good stay. Walking distance to downtown. 5 min walk to metro Intendente. Would be back.

All in all a good experience and choice. Very central enabling easy access in and out of the location. Only downside is the apartment is missing curtains :)

Our room was located on the ground floor with no window. (there was a window but can't open) The room was so humid which made us unpleasant. The location is quite far from the main spot, but convenient to take a subway. Overall, the room was clean, but so humid.

This was a one bedroom efficiency apartment. It might be good for one person but not two. It was not as represented. Photos showed an outside patio but our apartment did not have that. There was only enough hot water for one shower. There was a washer but no dryer. But the worst was that the air conditioning did not work and it was too uncomfortably hot to sleep. I communicated this several times and they kept stalling telling me they were sending maintenance but never did. This was very disappointing and I would like my money back.

Das Appartement war sauber, hell und gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. In ca. 15 Minuten kommt man zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Der Ausblick ist wahnsinnig schön. Einziges Manko war der nahezu täglich nicht funktionierende Türcode. Die Vermieter waren per Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich schnellstmöglich gekümmert - dennoch hat es mitunter 30-45 Minuten gedauert, bis die Tür offen war. Ich weiß nicht, ob das häufiger passiert. Hier sollte eine Alternative überdacht werden. Dennoch kommen wir gern wieder. Weil der Rest so schön war, dass es die Wartezeit auf das Öffnen der Tür rechtfertigt :)

BasicStudio.Das Geld nicht wert!

Das BasicStudio, welches uns irrtümlich zugeteilt worden ist, sollte so nicht angeboten werden können. Es ist ein ehemaliger Keller ohne Fenster. Es war feucht und roch dementsrechend extrem modrig. Ein längerer Aufenthalt in diesem Studio war nicht möglich. Das Studio war sauber und das Bett überraschenderweise ganz bequem. Leider nix für Menschen, die über 1.80 cm groß sind. Es gibt zwei BasicStudios, welche über die Adresse angezeigt werden. Ich empfehle, nicht das ohne Fenster bzw. Luke in der Tür zu mieten. Für die Firma anscheinend egal, wir haben das andere BasicStudio gemietet, sind aber leider in das Loch geworfen worden. Der Türcode hat nie funktioniert und wir mussten jedes mal Kontakt mit unseren Ansprechpartnern aufnehmen. Einfach nur nervig, Abends im Dunklen noch 20 Minuten auf der Strasse stehen zu müssen. Bei der Gegend könnte ich mir vorstellen, daß Frauen sich schnell unwohl fühlen könnten. Abschliessend möchte ich darauf hinweisen, daß wir mit einer befreundeten Familie unterwegs waren( die hatten das gleiche Türcode Problem). Deren Studio war wiederum sehr schön und empfehlenswert.

Casetta nelle vie di Lisbona

Alloggio molto ben arredato, in una zona viva! comoda alla metro. L'unica pecca è che avendo una sola aria e il bagno cieco non circolava tanta aria. Cucina perfetta per mangiare in 2 e letto comodo. è al piano terra quindi facilmente raggiungibile
