Dear guest,Thank you for selecting Altis Avenida during your stay in Lisbon and for complimenting the doormen and our reception staff. Regarding the L&F issue, as we shared previously, we indeed keep two L&F registries, one is manually written on a notebook and kept together in our L&F storage (which for security reasons only a few members in the hotel have access to the keys) with all the belongings. The other we insert it in computer logs and it is a process that we do regularly but not necessarily daily. That registry is available for any member of any department to consult at any time. Whenever guests contact us regarding L&F, we check the computerized log and if the item was marked down, we confirm it to the guest. In case the item is not on that log, before informing the guest that “nothing has been found” we always verify the manual registry and even the L&F stored items with correspondent dates/time period. Due to the fact, that we got your phone call at 1 am local time and since you had checked-out less than 24 hours before we wanted to be able to properly check everything before sharing that nothing was found. We would also like to inform that the slippers available in the rooms are brand new for every single stay/guests. We do not re-use them for guests - instead, we have in practice a program called “Chinelos no Pé” which consists of collecting, washing, and donating slippers, to support social solidarity institutions within the scope of our social and environmental responsibility projects. Nonetheless and having as well in consideration your review, all of the slippers placed in the rooms are done so, with the original packaging. As per other issues pointed out, we did look at them once we read your review and we wish we had the opportunity to go over some of them, while you were still present with us, in order to verify specifically what was not up to your standards.
