"My stay exceeded expectations despite the hotel's older building. The location was excellent, the room and hotel were clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was great (though the options varied during the week, I would have liked more variety). Overall, I was very pleased with my stay."

"We arrived on a Sunday for our first of four days. Went out of room Monday and returned to.find room had not been serviced. Spoke to front desk and was advised room service is every other day which i was not.aware of. I requested clean towels which were provided and inqas advised ro would be cleaned the next day per schedule. When returned later that day,Tuesday, room had not been cleared. I spoke to then same desk person who reported the housekeeper did notncome to work that day.i asked why another worker hadnot "

"Check in was quick and easy. Slept great and it was quiet. Second time staying here. "

"Pool and hot tub are outside and drained so not useable in April. Breakfast was good (much better than the location in Haysville, KS)."

"Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Room was not very clean. Dead bugs (at least dead) all over the floor. Just overall not clean floors especially. Outside of the building needs a facelift. Great location close to the highway. Bed was comfortable"

"When we first got there, he gave us an upgrade because I am a VIP member on hotels.com. the first room, the air conditioner didn't work and one of the TVs was broken. We switched to another room and it was fine. We couldn't connect the TV to the cable television but we brought a PlayStation so we just use that."
