Our jumping off point for Etna & Farm visits

This is a room and ensuite in an apartment where other bedroom(s) are rented to other travelers. There is a shared living room which all guests enter to go to their respective rooms. Rooms are spare and clean. Location is quiet and walkable to shopping and dining. Breakfast is left in your room. Coffee maker, electric kettle, an assortment of packaged cakes, rolls, pastries, some jams, teas and coffee pods. Water, milk, juice boxes in refrigerator. No night light to find your way to bathroom. Friendly host came to let us in and show us the place. Had to call and wait 5-10 minutes for his arrival. We stayed here because it was close to the meeting point for our rainy outing to Etna. Pick a day with good weather if you can. Nearby farm called Bagol’Area, a project in natural and sustainable farming, was very interesting with charming hosts.
