"Not the best expert: I arrived without local WiFi but taxi drivers didn’t know where to locate this place. They called the number I gave to them and there wasn’t anyone answering. "The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. "
