Clean room, good service!

My parents enjoyed the place thoroughly. The room was nice and clean, and the service was great. We booked the panaroma view room and the balcony was nice. It has a washing machine too. We would definitely stay here again if we come to visit again.

Perfect, calm, peaceful

everything is perfect. Staffs are very kind and their English was good. They did their best to help us. The circmstances are georgeous. During our stay we did not go a y other places.. We just enjoyed being there. Calm and peaceful stay !!!

Hermosos hotel, muy lejos del centro, con vistas excepcionales y hermosas. El servicio de masaje, excelente!!! No hay restaurantes cerca y es un poco difícil llegar de primera vez, pero cuando abres la ventana por la mañana y ves la hermosa vista lo olvidas

I booked the expensive room, the one with the panoramic view, during my stay, there was a construction on going in front of the view so I was not able to keep the curtains open as people working on the site would see through the windows. Even if the construction was not there, there was another building on the side which made it possible for people occupying that building see through the windows. The staff were great and lovely. Very accommodating. Only downside was the tour I booked with the hotel. I was informed the tour operator will pick us up at the hotel and there will be an English speaking guide. The day came and the receptionist came to get me informing me we had to walk to the tour bus, it was rainy and I had 2 suitcases with me as the hotel informed I can leave it on the bus then take it on our way back to the city centre. We walked around 500 meters in the rain, wet shoes and wet suitcases. Inside the Bus, the driver didn't speak English. We started picking up other guests. The tour guide came, barely said some facts about Guilin. Guide informed us that we have to take all our belongings as he has not organized the bus that will take us back. So I had to go with it and carry the suitcases with me all the way to the boat. Lucky that I had help from other tourists, this definitely made it hard as it was rainy my stuff all wet. During the Cruise, our guide slept. Our bus was delayed 1 hr on way back to Guilin. Stressful as I had train to catch after the tour.

Fantastic!!

We spent 3 fantastic days at this hotel. The staff were wonderfully hospitable and very keen to make sure that we were having a good time. The area is very quiet and lovely. Just a few minutes walk from the hotel is Reed Flute Cave, and with a short taxi ride you can reach all of Guilin's tourist attractions. We highly recommend this accommodation!
