"Wateredge Inn, Ambleside We stayed at the Wateredge Inn in October for one night and really liked it. The location is perfect, right by the water, and the room was lovely with an incredibly comfortable bed. Everything felt nicely done and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good too. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others."

And our twin room was very comfortable - very comfy beds and excellent shower en-suite. Very nice touches in lots of ways. "Lovely hotel ,good sized room ,very quiet ,excellent facilities. Great TV with extra chanels like netflix,YouTube, iplayer . Loved the outside bit ,even in winter it was nice to sit outside as the view was stunning. Plenty of tea/coffee and fresh biscuits every day . Huge clean towels ,very warm and cosy . "View from room was beautiful. Room condition was acceptable. Breakfast was basic buffet with cold cuts,cereal ,fruits , simple pastry ,coffee from automatic coffee machine. No hot food included in booking such as eggs or full English breakfast ,You have to pay more for that. "
