"A lot to enjoy here! Spacious, clean, with both indoor and outdoor pool (though be aware, not heated and VERY cold). But the mattress was easily the worst I've experienced at a hotel in years. Overall, very happy with service, this was what I expected it to be, lovely spot in the White Mountains. But a handful of extras could turn this into an incredible location instead of merely a fine one."

That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel. I was not told about Housekeeping, when check out is on my departure, or even what stores or amenities are nearby. The second day of my stay, I did have a helpful...
