"One of the worst stays I’ve had. The room was dirty and smelled awful, and the electronics provided (like the hair dryer) were filthy. The AC and refrigerator barely worked. On top of that, I paid for valet parking and my car was damaged while in their care. Completely unacceptable—avoid this place."

Have stayed in numerous Fairmont properties, both on Gold and normal rooms, and have had great experiences-this didn’t look/feel like a Fairmont property."
