"Good staff. Warm welcome. Old by-passed hotel typical of Spain. Just managing. Low room rate manages your expectations. Food was good. Warm atmosphere of locals. Only negative was the locked fire exit to the main bar. A push bar MUST be fitted. "

"This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. "This was our first time in Asturias and we found this hotel to be perfect for a short break due to its location within the city, easy car parking and also its excellent value. The location is spot on for exploring Oviedo and the surrounding are. Staff were always friendly and helpful while the 20% discount for the car park came in very handy also."
