"Location is fair, in that it's around 25 mins walk to either Europe or Flanders stations, and maybe the same to Lille old town.
Very close by, are a couple of mini supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
Although it backs on to busy highways, the Aircon and double glazed windows meant no noise at all, and perfectly controlled temperature. Also, there was no noise from fellow guests.
The only 2 slight criticisms of the room, are lack of trash bin, and lack of storage space. Overall though, one of...

La chambre était parfaite, propre, hyper bien équipée (juste manquait une prise d'un côté du lit)
Le petit-déjeuner était très bien, varié avec des viennoiseries, pains, des fruits (entier ou en mélange), yaourt, fromage, boissons chaudes diverses ,....
Le bâtiment est vraiment moderne, l'intérieur également
On n'a passé qu'une nuit mais si on doit revenir à Lille nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation

"We have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years, it’s just the best. We love the location whether for visiting christmas markets, or just travelling to the Alps and stopping off en-route.
We love sitting in the lounge playing the games, especially pac-man. Rooms are very clean and spacious and staff always super friendly. Lots of restaurants walking distance from italian to lovely delis, or buffalo grill, also now serving food in the hotel itself too. Parking is easy and lots and safe."
"The hostel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s an 20 minute walk into town but that was fine. There are supermarket options very close by. Our room was very warm at night but for the price we paid it was excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend. "
"Firstly this is a budget hotel, so value wise it was as expected. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Location is excellent for Stade Pierre MAUROY, hence us using it, just a 10 minute drive away. No air con, but nothing that an open window and fan can’t sort. The chickens in their garden are friendly!!!"
