"This budget hotel is fabulously convenient for a rail trip stopover, with nice staff and good-sized rooms. There's a little mild tattiness, and the beds are too soft for my taste, but it's nice to have a bathtub. If you're a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. Many good pubs and modest eateries ..."
