"Room was ok, nice/updated, however main areas of the hotel look worn. Not particularly upscale. Pool, beach, and restaurant were fairly nice. Valet staff were not very friendly or helpful. Room was a good rate so I guess you get what you pay for. Good for proximity to airport."

"My stay at the Kauai Palms was absolutely amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly from the moment that I checked in to the moment that I left. Everyone was so warm and friendly and treated me like I was family. I will definitely come back again the next time I come to Kauai!!"
