"Hébergement avec gros potentiel, notamment un joli extérieur bien entretenu. mais impossible de joindre l’hôte le 1er jour pour la clés Pas de télévision pendant le séjours et impossible d’avoir des informations de l’hôte. La seule fois où il a répondu c’était le dernier jour du séjour quand j’ai déposé les clés pour me dire « OK » sinon zéro nouvelles, même la plate-forme Hotel.com n’a pas réussi à le joindre. Certes l’absence de télé n’était pas dramatique mais ça aurait pu être pour...

"The room was perfect for what we needed. It’s quite rare to find a property with a double and two single beds. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day, and the hostess was really helpful with local information. I would recommend this place if wanting to visit Venice, we prefer escaping the bustle of the centre and escaping by water taxi to this quieter location for the night. The nearby restaurants and bars were great."

Hotel Montecarlo

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were only in Venice 3 nights but we were extremely happy with this location. When we walked out the door we had many restaurants and shops within feet of us. The restaurants we ate at were all excellent! Great food and service. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel. Good variety of foods to meet anyone’s needs (fruits, eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals, pastries, bread, etc). We were a very short walk to St Marks Square and where the water taxis bring you into the island. It was a five minute walk with our luggage to the hotel and we were Very happy to discover that! If your hotel was much farther inland you could struggle a long way rolling your bags and crossing over the bridges. So the location is very important! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and clean and air conditioner worked great! Drawbacks: They seemed to be remodeling some of the rooms on our floor. There was a little construction noise (not much) and debris in the hallway. Also the room we were in was very dated which adds to the character of the hotel but maybe for some people it wouldn’t be what they wanted."

"Every detail catered for, and all front of house team members were friendly and so helpful. You are treated as a VIP throughout your stay! Although the property itself is older, it felt fresh - refined and classic. We stayed just as the hotel was getting ready for the annual film festival so the grounds were gorgeous - immaculate, even the beach was pristine. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had sufficient choices and everything was presented very enticingly. The room was the right size for 2 of us, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We had a room with a view of the garden on the ground floor - just be aware that these rooms tend to be quite dark. Next time we plan to get a room with a sea view."

"Beautiful property beautiful staff Fabio, Ivan, If , and the blonde at the front desk incredible service ! Rooftop restaurant was fabulous with incredible views ! Pool staff also amazing ! we also had a room at the front of the hotel and had the pleasure of a private quartet and opera singing below our room on our last night !! Will be going back for sure 🇮🇹❤️"

"Got to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in - let alone Venice which is particularly difficult to find value for money in such a tourist heavy destination. We moved out of our old hotel which was horrible and had AC that did not work - it was a nightmare of a place - we moved into this hotel and it was heaven. The rooms were spotless, the AC was perfect and modern. All facilities in the rooms were excellent and modern. The bathroom although shared was very clean and looked to be recently installed. No matter anyway, as it was just everything you need - you even have kitchen facilities - kind of totally unexpected but great for convenience and families. The breakfast was amazing although we had to rush so didn't have chance to try a lot of it, but it's included in the price. The staff were so helpful and friendly - there is a 24hr reception - so someone is always on hand if you need any help or something should go wrong - this is an amazing service really. Basically if you are thinking of staying in Venice and need a hotel, look no further. Can't rate it highly enough."
