"hotel has great design but some room may be a bit dark."

"We arrived on an early morning flight. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel and were notified as soon as our room was ready. (usually 3pm check in) This was a great location to explore the town, the day before our cruise. The staff was so accommodating. I wish we had a few more days!"

"Perfect place for solo travelers looking for a place to stay for the night. Management was super responsive and the checkin process was seamless. Rooms are good size too and comfortable. Will note, you share a bathroom with other guests, but it’s a clean bathroom so I wasn’t concerned. Thank you management for a nice stay!"

"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. When we first arrived to our room, we found out that our welcome fruit basket was empty. That was not what we expected to see at a (5-star?) luxury hotel (as stated on the hotel’s own website).
