"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional. "If you are trying to book this hotel through Expedia, make sure that you show up 2 hours before check-in and that you call to see if they have received your booking. Because they did not receive mine and I had to stay there for 3 hours on the phone with Expedia customer service. Ended up not being able to stay. While there I learned that the elevator had been out since September 2025."
