The room needs an upgrade bathroom ceiling all cracked, out date furniture and the front desk staff Friday, November 28 and Saturday November 29 morning she is not a friendly person at all. Never smile, or speak I was letting her know the card didn’t work. It’s not the first time but sorry Sam I be visiting other hotel when I come back to Greenwood. The breakfast staff always friendly….

This place is top tier for the money! It even has an indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi! The breakfast was plentiful and yummy. Would definitely stay again😎

New Carpeting and bedding, however room was extremely hot and did not cool down in 15 min. Told staff, they were accomidating but other room no cooler. (They leave room control off) After leaving to eat, it was tolerable. Rooms clearly had pet odor,and I felt like fleas were crawling on me from sitting in the chair. Bed slept real good though.
