"Would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s beautifully decorated, the room was lovely, staff very helpful, great location right in upper Quebec old city. We stayed 3 nights and had VERY noisy neighbours on the Saturday night!! At 2am we had to call reception, they dealt with the situation very quickly and it was quiet after that. Would be great to have body wash inside the shower, there is just one by the sink, apart from that everything was great."

"First time in QC for my daughter’s 18th bday. Took the train up from Montreal and spent 2 nights in QC. First the pros: excellent location- walkable to everything in old town. The pool and cold plunge pool was so nice. My wife and I ran 9 miles one day and the cold plunge pool was such a treat. Room was huge, beds were comfy and AC was excellent. Went to Boulay for Sunday brunch and the food was absolutely incredible. Now for some of the negatives: for those who have not been to QC- there LOTS of hill, and not just between Lower City and Upper. The Upper City has even more hills within itself. The entrance to the hotel is on a side street with quite a hill from train station and then there is a good size staircase to walk up. There is an entrance on St Jean but you have to walk through Boulay which is a bit odd. Speaking of St Jean, VERY popular street that is closed off to cars all weekend which is fun with lots of bars and restaurants BUT this popular Irish pub plays live music in the evenings and LITERALLY faced our room so it was like the band was playing in our room. Little trouble sleeping but second night we seemed to adjust to it. Great hotel other than those negatives and would stay again"
