"The park was amazing, the safari trips were incredible, the people were so friendly and the food was delicious. The only con was the steep stairs to get up to our room with only a handrail on one side and we’re 69! So be sure to ask if you have stairs to climb to get to your room!"

"Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. There were no towels available, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help, forcing us to find towels ourselves. "This place was amazing! The staff was so friendly and recognized me every time I came to eat. I felt safe walking alone even at night. The food was amazing, the spa staff was great, the rooms were beautiful. The game day drives were unbelievable. I loved this place and have to say this was vacation is in my top 3!
