"We stayed at Hotel Balneari Termes Orion for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 to attend the wedding of a friend who got married close by. Friendly, helpful staff, who were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of options, worth spending the extra money. Lovely cocktails at the bar too. "Disappointing and misleading experience I understand the credit may have been outside the official policy, but the way it was handled was very frustrating. I had to leave one night early and asked at reception whether the unused night could be credited. The person at the desk told me it would be credited, but later the hotel denied the credit through Expedia. If the answer was no, they should have said that clearly at the time.
