"Good location, close to good bars restaurants and shops. About 10 mins walk to ski lifts, but on the main hop-on-off ski bus route. Rooms are small but comfortable, plenty of storage space, and bathroom a good size with bath and hot shower. Always find that rooms get hot and need to open balcony doors at night, so great there is no noise from the road and the sound of the nearby running stream is therapeutic. Amenities include hotel bar and ski boot room. There is an outdoor pool and sauna, but unfortunately these are not open in winter season. "

La piscine est un point positif, mais très orientée familles, avec beaucoup de bruit et des plongeons fréquents malgré les règles affichées. Les horaires sont excessivement déséquilibrés, avec un check-in tardif à 17h et un check-out à 10h, ce qui est peu raisonnable. Finalement l’attitude de la cheffe d’équipe, une dame d’un certain âge aux cheveux courts, a totalement gâché la fin de l’expérience. Depuis le premier jour un manque totale d’amabilité, soupirs, regards déplacés et ton sec, même pour de simples demandes. Lors de l’état des lieux de sortie, à 10h du check-out elle nous a demandé de quitter le logement immédiatement malgré le fait d’être déjà prêts avec nos bagages, avec une attitude froide et autoritaire. Expérience finale négative."
