"Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

The room was dirty, with visible dust and stains, and the bathroom was particularly bad – there was a persistent, unpleasant smell that made it hard to even step inside. "Резиденция для 4-х слишком мала, только для 2х с натягом. Ремонт и все что есть в нем со дня основания видимо не ремонтировалось и заменялось. Очень аскетично и все синтетическое. В этот раз вообще никакой химии даже для кухни не дали. Но мы ехали кататься и постарались этим себя не расстраивать. Напишите на сайте, что надо платить обязательный туристический налог и 40 евро финальная уборка. Просите номер окнами на долину, а не на проезжую часть, т.к. слишком шумно даже глубокой ночью, а спать...

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and so attentive. The lady on reception was wonderful! She made our holiday. The bus stop was convenient and buses ran on time. The view was lovely. Altiport is a great place to stay. It was great value. There were a few things that stopped it being excellent. The property was not ski in/ski out. It involved a walk. There was also no swimming pool as advertised. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. There were no mugs, only espresso cups....

"Excellent location. Excellent value for money. The best 2 bartenders in the world (shoutout to George and Freddie for the exceptional service and sharing yoir drink making artistry!). Nice to be able to book a private 30 min hot tub (would be great if it was a touch hotter and a little less bubbly!) the themed dinner nights were excellent and the food very good. We opted for the half board which was excellent value (even considering we opted for one night out at Les Coursives in Meribel village which was the best French food I’ve ever tasted!). Suggest a kettle in the dining room for those of us who like scalding hot tea :) The rooms were big and the beds comfy. Our room had carpet which I personally hate. The lounge was kitschy and cool and had just the right feel before and apres ski. Loved the combo of old charm and low tech with all you need for a delightful stay and this quirky spot. Would definitely come back. "

The Lobby quite spacious, rooms spacious by European standards, the dining is superb, 3 restaurants in hotel with large patio service, superb profession service, and the chef preparations for dinner exquisite, gymn, pool, sauna etc. Staff very friendly and professional, would return. & best of all SKI IN/SKI OUT !!! For us skiers. Magical vacation for my wife & I. "

"Excellent location with close piste access, buses, and nearby shopping and restaurants. Having to provide our own TP and trash bags was a hassle. Sheets were well worn and had holes, but overall it's a good value for the location and the staff were friendly."
