"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I thought the location was really great, as it was an easy 5 min walk into old town. I loved that the hotel has several private terraces and beachfront.
A few things travelers should be aware of...
Check-in: The parking is on the left and the hotel reception is down the hill 100m on the right. There really isn't anywhere to park your car, as you need the key code to open the gates to the parking area. I pulled in on the left, infront of the garages that say no parking and show a towing sign, turned on my flashers and headed down to reception. Checking in was quick and easy so I was back up at my car in no time, this time with the key code.
The hotel property and the town is very vertical so not ideal for someone with mobility issues.
There is a snack bar with food and drinks midway between the sun terraces and beach. I planned my Saturday afternoon to relax, get some some, read and grab a snack & drink at the bar. Unfortunately it was closed and there are signs everywhere that say eating and drinking on the sun terraces is not allowed. I wish I had known it was going to be closed so I could have planned my lunch better.
What's really great about the hotel is that there are also apartments available up by the parking area. These would be ideal for a group of friends or a family."
