"Quadruple room was too small even for 1 person. We stayed in much bigger and better hotel in nearby La Spezia for half the price. Also the description was misleading, it said 2 double beds and 2 single beds, while it actually was 1 double bed (which is for 2 people) and 1 bunk bed. Check in was cumbersome as they couldn't explain in clear English that that room can actually take 4 people, also the room reeked tobacco smoke (though they changed it after). "Perfect location!!!!!!!! Elena at the front desk was fantastic. We had two rooms on different floor floors and she arranged it so we could all be on one floor. It made the stay so much better.
