"First off, we had an excellent checkin experience, and great site recommendations. The staff were great. The main issue was that the air conditioning did not work. This was reported to the front desk twice as the temp in the room went from 23C at checkin to 25.5C before dinner. "We have just stayed 7 nights as a family of 4 at this amazing hotel and loved it! The family room was spacious, elegantly decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. They provided high end Molten Brown toiletries, soft cotton towels/robes, and luxurious bedding. The breakfast was generous and delicious especially the pancakes and fruit juices.
