Really nice stay at this property. Even if we travelled during those unusual covid-days with the necessary restrictions, they did their best to keep us happy. Quiet location, clean room, nice view to the sea and close to the beach.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Toller Strand direkt vor der Turnier. Uns wurde sogar für den Flug die Bordkarte ausgedruckt. Außerdem ist es sehr sauber.

Viel zu steiler Anstieg zur Unterkunft, der Strand war ein Fläche mit dicken steinbrocken und gleichzeitig müllablage, überhaupt nicht zu nutzen. Apartment sehr hellhörig, Rezeption Direkt vor dem Raum. Inhaber fangen morgens um 6 Uhr über einen mit Hausputz an. Ausstattung der Küche ungenügend. Und bei Nachfrage einer Decke, gab es eine alte Hundedecke die nach Mottenpulver stank. Die inhaberin war nicht sehr gastunfreundlich. Wünschenswert wäre Infomaterial wie buszeiten etc. Positiv war der Ausblick und der Ort war ein nettes Städtchen mit netten Leuten

Ho prenotato una notte presso il Filoxenia ma non l'ho utilizzata quindi non mi so esprimete sulla struttura. Purtroppo quando arrivai alle 21.30, era tutto buio (la strada, l'edificio e pure l'insegna)e coi fanali della piccola utilitaria del noleggio, non vidi la scritta argento su bianco appesa alla parte alta della facciata. Notai che poco dopo c'era una struttura illuminatissima e pensai che il Filoxenia fosse l'altro, così spostai l'auto. Feci vedere la prenotazione e il titolare alla reception mi accompagnò nello studio che avevo prenotato. Il giorno seguente però mi chiese i soldi del pernotto quando sapevo di aver pagato 40gg prima. Comprendo in quel momento che il vero Filoxenia era quello buio e provo subito a parlare coi titolari i quali mettono subito le mani avanti chiarendo che soldi indietro non me ne danno e che è un problema mio se non ho utilizzato la notte (una risposta più gentile e comprensiva del mio disagio, sarebbe stata sicuramente apprezzata...e comunque, avessero offerto 10euro simboliche di storno per le pulizie non fatte, sarebbero state apprezzate visto che l'errore non è stato loro, pur colpevoli dell'assenza di illuminazione). Ho aperto una contestazione con Travlos Studios visto che, avendo letto nel pdf di conferma che avevo prenotato altrove, è stato deliberatamente zitto! E quando gli ho chiesto per quale ragione non mi avesse detto al mio arrivo che stavo sbagliando, sorridendo e in un perfetto inglese ha risposto che"parla poco inglese"!
