"The location was perfect and the property was clean"

"Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, sodass von Snack bis Backen und Kochen alles möglich ist. Die Lage ist praktisch, da fußläufig zum Strand und zu ausreichend kostenfreien Parkmöglichkeiten."

"Such a gorgeous property from walking down the entrance to the gardens to the foyer the cosy little snugs everywhere. The room was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the bistro was delicious. The breakfast was on point. Enjoyed the leisure centre so much. The whole stay was a real treat!"

"Room was small but absolutely perfect for three nights. You simply cannot get a better location to be right in the heart of the Latin quarter. Yes it can be a little loud, but we knew that by reading reviews beforehand and they also gave us earplugs. If you’re a light sleeper this isn’t the place for you maybe, but the location is absolutely perfection and the staff was amazing. Will absolutely always choose this place when in Galway"

"Fantastic hotel in an amazing location! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was super comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. I’d recommend requesting a room on a higher floor if you prefer a quieter stay. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily stay here again!"

"The room was quite dirty, with liquid stains on the floor, nightstands covered in rings from previous drinks, and the carpet stained dark brown."

"The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The central location is excellent but the area is extremely noisy, with loud music from nearby bars and large crowds outside the window. Earplugs were provided in the room, suggesting that noise is a recognised and ongoing issue. They were very effective, however. The room and bathroom are in need of renovation, with loose electrical sockets and tired furnishings. Good air con in the room. Overall, an average and noisy stay that felt...

"The hotel is a bit of distance from downtown Galway. The hotel itself, fantastic!! Breakfast buffet is highly recommended, many options, hot & always replenishing. The gym was dynamite, multiple floors with new & old gym equipment. The Courtyard restaurant had great offerings & very delicious. Mollie, was unbelievably helpful, a pure delight to deal with. She made our stay much better & always there to help out."

"No conditioner, make up remover, sewing kit, cotton swabs"

"Clean and renovated hotel near Latin quarter, great location"

"We stayed for 3 nights in Oct 26. The location couldn't be better -- 1 block from the train and intercity bus station and right on the edge of the Latin Quarter -- great pubs and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is also very good. The bar is split into 4 rooms. They have live music every night. I highly recommend you check out the first bar you enter from the hotel check in area. Sit at the right side of the bar and watch the painting of "Sir Skeffington" on the wall to the right of the bar....

"Overall check in was pretty easy it’s basically like a vending machine that provides the key. We were on the first floor street level however and it seemed pretty sketchy. If you’re on the other floors it could be better. The bathroom is nice and has good shampoo and conditioner."

"Such a fun and accommodating place! Great hostel to stay at with friends!!!"
