"When we checked in - I assume that this was the last room available as I let them know it was my birthday but they weren’t able to accommodate anything better. "Right from the minute we walked into the Inn we felt welcomed. Staff were kind, helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. Rooms were just removed, spacious and clean. The AG restaurant was perfect atmosphere for a date night. The food is farm to table, delectable "

"Pros: 16th floor, we had an amazing view. Better than the lookouts and observation decks in the area. The view made up for the negatives. We would happily stay here again just for the view and proximity to the incline rail and table rock area. Cons: The room was fine, a bit dated but comfortable. Could be cleaner. Hallways needed vacuuming and the cleaners left the laundry bags and garbage bags piled up by the elevators over night. The pool is chilly and had huge chunks of hair floating in it....

"It’ll be cheaper to book the “more expensive” hotels in the area- there are so many hidden fees with this place when you arrive. I booked online through Expedia and had already paid for the room on there. I do understand there is a small per night parking fee, and was expecting to pay the correct amount for my two nights. Instead, I was charged over DOUBLE my ROOM for all of these hidden fees. Resort fee, tourist fees, and a ton of other unnecessary fees. I have stayed with this hotel for three...
