"They want you to hold a subscription for roku TV to watch local channels they scan your credit card it to their system to keep it on file. They want to figure out how to work the roku stick if not you can't watch TV. A customer came to the front desk as I was there complaining about finding a hidden camera in his room down on the first floor."
