"I booked this room because it was close to the Amtrak station. Room was clean, spacious, came with a refrigerator and dishwasher. Breakfast had a nice selection of foods: eggs, oatmeal, juices and coffees. It was a bit of a way from downtown Portland but completely walkable. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I love the Pearl District so I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!"

We used the nearby SmartPark garage (at 4th and Yamhill) for parking with no issues and ~$15/night. "

The surrounding area is not the greatest. Homeless gets feed right out front on sat and Sunday. But we didn’t feel unsafe. "
