"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

The location was perfect , right by the old town shopping street lines with restaurants, 10min walk from train station and 3 minutes from cathedral. "Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort.
