We were not met at the property and had to wait outside for over an hour. No communication at all. Pre arrival email, which was promised never came, and we were stranded outside. Very frustrating check in

We booked a room for 3 adults and paid the tax for 3 but we only had 2 chairs, 2 bottles of water and 2 wine glasses. The sofa bed was unconfortable. A sharp knife was missing. I asked a few question via whatsapp but got no answer. Disapointing.

It’s a beautiful, large apartment, with modern amenities and vaulted ceilings that also happens to be steps to the Duomo, in the old town. My only complaint is they said I’d get parking and check -in information 48 hours before my arrival but did not. I had to contact Expedia and got instructions only 5 hours before check in. That was stressful but the beauty and convenience of the apartment more than made up for that initial stress

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr schöner Architektur. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher sowie ein Kühlschrank standen uns zur Verfügung wie auch eine Küche (haben wir nicht genutzt). Das Schlafsofa war etwas ungemütlich und auch dass die Unterkunft einen großen Raum darstellt (keine räumliche Abtrennung), könnte bereits in der Beschreibung stehen. War in unserem Fall nicht schlimm, wäre dennoch schön gewesen zu wissen. Alles in allem war es eine wunderbare Unterkunft für ein Wochenende in Lecce. :-)
