"We booked one night for three adults and paid $279.26, expecting a comfortable stay.
We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and accepted that the room would not be ready until 3 p.m. We only asked to complete the check-in paperwork in advance. We asked again at 1:45 p.m., explaining that we had a tour at 2 p.m. and would return late. The receptionist refused both times, and I found her attitude unfriendly.
We returned exhausted at 11:30 p.m. and had to complete the entire registration process.

"Hotel was ok but facilities not what we expected - roof top is only open in the evening, breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows, and bar is essentially a corner of the lobby with nowhere to sit. Also the windows did not open in bedrooms because of aircon.
So the bedrooms are fine if that’s all you’re after. The staff were also a little unhelpful . Location was great though"

"Overall a mixed review for this hotel. The positives:
- shuttle service from and to the airport was very good, although we had to ring the hotel from the airport as the driver was not located where we were told. However, once we were in the car the driver was chatty and knowledgeable on both trips.
- location was good, within 20 minutes walk from the city centre. We got a positive feel from the exterior and interior appearance of the hotel, certainly when compared to other hotels in the...
