"When we checked in we were surprised to learn that we were upgraded from the king room to the king suite since we were staying several nights and no one else had reserved it. Angie is a wonderful host. She made sure everything was well and wasn’t intrusive. Her breakfasts were very good. She was also helpful with places to eat and things to do around Hershey. We will likely stay again during future visits to Hershey. "
"Everything was good except the air quality of the room due to dirty carpet that was smothered with carpet freshener, after 3 days i developed a cough, everything else was a good experience"
"Has a terrible smell, stains on the bed sheets, there is no breakfast buffet there are bagels and coffee, eggs and sausage were in a dirty pan. The pictures of the hotel online are from a long time ago. Hotel needs an upgrade !"
