"We were given an apartment on the ground floor next to the lift and the entrance the to property. The spa facilities were extremely smelly and unusable, nor did they work on several days. We've stayed in several PV Premier properties over many years and this is definitely not the same standard, even though it was more expensive. "The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve."

"Linen not included had to pay extra, had to leave a large deposit. Reception barely open, and contact number never answered or responded. Property not very clean on arrival, but for the price the property was pretty good. Pool opening times not convenient for use in conjunction with skiing!"
