He provided bottles of water when I asked for water. He makes sure the surroundings was always clean and guest was never disturbed by any high volumes. "Room was very pokey, small and basic. Online pictures were deceiving. On my second night, someone was playing loud music for a couple of hours. Hardly any visible staff. But the one's that were there, were nice and helpful. "

"Accueil correcte mais environnement de l'hotel tres très dégradé (sale) et mal desservi sauf pour les transports et l'aéroport; Les ustensils de cuisine de base quasiement inexistants mais le problème a été rapidement résolu. Appart hôtel pas adapté pour un long sejour !! Par contre grande gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel."

"Property and staff were all 11/10 unfortunately the apartments face a rail depot, which is ok in the daytime but trains run all night and when the drivers turn up at 05.30 and move all the trains out, you are awake! Place however is lovley, if you can request a room away from the railway, i highly recommend it"
