The parking was secure as far as I could tell, but I do not know if the gate checks were adequate as we were not asked when we left to identify ourselves when we left. We are English and it would have been better if the staff serving us had a basic level of English and/or the menus also include English text.

The only issue was the shower room leaked into the room onto the carpet

Needs some improvements.

Staff were fine. No soap in shower which was realised too late to report. Very difficult to sleep due to some humming noise from the ventilation system. Did not get much if any sleep due to this.

Lovely room but drawbacks

Friendly staff and excellent spacious room. Food was terrible and wet room shower flooded into the bedroom and made the bathroom an absolute slip hazard. Receptionist told us it happens in 5 rooms but building was only built in 2018. No one warned us. The food was terrible- not fresh but in pots and main was microwaved. Lovely restaurant area though- it’s a shame. Would like to use the hotel again but they need to sort it!

LE Mans

Problem with car parking and map and directions to the overspill car park were terrible and we founfpd ourselves in the wrong car park. And had to go back and swop the car over. Also the receptionist was a little rude. I think as we were English’s and our French is not wonder, started to moan about us to another guest in French and thought we couldn’t understand ( which was very rude) The hotel it’s self was good , the food in the restaurant was different but ok. The bath/ showere was to small really to have a bath.
