A wonderful hotel in a spectacular area of France. The chalet style was very in keeping with the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming and most helpful. The only niggling area of concern relates to the buffet breakfast. The cold meats and cheese were not covered and were susceptible to a few flies present in the room. Maybe if these were covered, it would have been better.

Property was very cute and clean! Very walkable to most places. We were there in October and a lot of restaurants were closed. Only critique is that the pillows were very thick, would be nice to have some options of thinner ones.

Lovely summer getaway with family.

Great hosts, location and rooms. The restaurant has very good breakfast and food in general. Temporary parking is available in front of the hotel, and they have shared parking lots very near.

Accueil désagréable par le patron taiseux et renfrogné. Pas de renseignements sur parking couvert. Dirigeants de l'établissement incompétents. Cuisine médiocre. Hôtel&Spa annoncé 4 * : mensonge! Best Western devrait contrôler ses établissements.

Chambre et SdB refaites à neuf récemment. Nombreuses prises éléctriques (2 de chaque côté du lit, plus d'autres réparties dans la chambre). Deux prises USB et 1 prise éthernet près de la télé. Très pratique pour tous les geeks comme nous qui voyageons avec 2 smartphones, 2 tablettes, et 2 ordinateurs portables.

Sauve qui peut !!!

Nous sommes resté une nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous avons dû payer 43euros supplémentaire parce que nous étions deux alors que la chambre était déjà à 132euros et rien n'avait été indiqué sur ce supplément. Les taxes de séjour nous ont été facturé 2.3euros fois 2 alors que c'était indiqué 1.5euros par personne. Le personnel n'a pas voulu reconnaître son manque de clarté, nous nous sommes senti léser étant devant le fait accompli. L'hôtel n'a pas pas voulu reconnaître ses tords et a remis la faute sur Hotel.com et le groupe best western. L'hôtel est très vieillot, le service ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai pu rencontrer lors de mes nombreux séjours au sein du groupe. À éviter pour ceux qui souhaitent un bon rapport qualité prix.

Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a 4-person room with king bed and twin bunk (bunk was in additional space, no separate divider, but provided more room for everyone). Really nice and comfortable. Our room had a double-door to front porch with chairs so we could sit outside and enjoy the view. This is not a super fancy hotel, but extremely comfortable, decorated with rustic mountain elegance — it reminded us of Vail. Great location in middle of town. Just perfect for our needs. The hotel has a really nice semi-covered pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.
