"Excellent welcome at reception. Room selected to accommodate my wife’s difficulties climbing stairs. Very useful questionnaire sent in advance. Dinner and breakfast on terrace were both very good. Prices very reasonable particularly wine options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Best gluten free bread I have been offered at a hotel."

"What a beautiful place to stay! The vineyard is stunning, peaceful, and surrounded by gorgeous scenery. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even offered a wine tasting featuring wines produced right on the property, which was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting the area."

"When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. We have not been notified that the dinner has to be ordered in advance, so we have arrived at 7pm and we could not eat or drink there. No minibars available in the...

The staff before and during our stay were exceptionally helpful- seeing to every question and helping plan a perfect itinerary and even booking all our activities, they were so friendly. "What a fabulous hotel! We loved the Pavillon - with all its charm and character. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay."

"El xico de recepción muy simpático pero la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, la ducha el agua se salia por colapso en l tubería...aire acondicionado goteando al suelo sin poder apagarlo por no tener mando si quiera...muy molesto toda la noche, y por la tormenta se fue la luz y no volvió hasta que ya estabamos dormidos y a las 8 .15 de la mañana entra la de la limpieza sin llamar...buff demasiadas cosas para una noche solo, cenamos en el restaurante, el vino tinto super caliente y muchos...

"チェックインした時から洗面所の混合栓の動きが硬く、女性では開閉できないほどでした。そのうちに突然軽くなり（リンクが外れた）水が止まらなくなりました。 修理（交換）に２時間ほどかかり、その間観光に出かけることもできず、不便でした。 部屋に元栓がなく、修理屋は下階の元栓をしめて鋼管工事を行いました。 古い施設であっても、水回りのチェックは頻繁に行うべきであり運営者の意識向上が望まれます。"
