"We found bed bugs crawling on and biting us and took a picture of one we captured. We immediately called the emergency phone number and the night manager, who speaks no English, said they had no other rooms available and there was nothing she could do for us, but we asked her to let the day manager at least know so that we could get a refund as it was very difficult to sleep and disturbing to stay in that room. We showed the manager the photo in the morning and they seemed to be accommodating...

"This is truly an excellent place to stay in the Antibes area. The pool can be a bit small, particularly during peak times. It offers great accessibility to local supermarkets, especially if you have a car. The only minor drawback is that some areas, such as the folding beds, showed some signs of not being thoroughly cleaned. Overall, it is a good place to stay with family."

"Large nicely air conditioned room with good size shower room and a little kitchenette. It’s a dog-friendly property which is awesome. Plenty of room in the underground carpark! The reception hours are limited, as advertised. Unfortunately, the “out of hours” number listed was not in operation. We needed to leave very early and forgot that we would need a key to access the carpark. We left the keys in our room (absolutely our error; we should have taken them at that stage and then dropped...

"The property was really clean and a lovely place to stay. I just had a few issues personally which was for the lift was very tiny and as I was alone with a baby in the 3rd floor it was hard as I had to fold pram up and down and put it in the lift alone then walk up and down stairs with the baby which was very stressful if you are alone. The only problem I had with the apartment was the shower wasn’t working very well and there was no plug to run a bath but other than that it was beautiful ."

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains.
