Breakfast not the best, only hot was powdered scrambled egg, burnt bacon and hash browns sat in fat. Room very noisy, chairs and tables moving on a wooden foor, 107. Was told it was because the staff room was directly above, they’ve had the same complaints previously

It was okay. Wouldnt consider it a 4 star. Did not feel the value was worth it. The hot tub didn’t work throughout our stay, which is the primary reason for booking.
