We truly enjoyed our stay at Princess Heights. The hotel was very clean and well kept. We had a broken microwave and when we called about it, it was switched out the next day. It was sometimes difficult to get in contact with the staff being that they usually left right after 5pm. I also would recommend, using taxis if staying at this hotels. The mountains and hills getting up to the resort are no joke. Overall, it was a great stay.

The staff was amazing. The room had a very strong odor. The shuttles shut down after 11pm, so if your room is far be careful. some random man knocked on my cousin door, The pool was very dirty. but the bartender minerva was a sweetheart. They never cleaned my room and i was there for 5 days

Everything actually was amazing. I really enjoyed being there for my Birthday!!!
