"Going in we knew it was a historic building but the room was dark and minimal compared to other similar facilities we have stayed at. No one was at the desk to check us in, we had to call on phone at desk to pay for parking before getting code to lock box for key to room. There was no mention of a code to get back in the building in the evening. Breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. Beautiful area with an old church and covered bridge."

"This was a lovely place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was delicious. The views were unbelievably beautiful. And we particularly enjoyed the sauna and wellness spa."

"View - view from the front of the hotel is stunning. The Deck - Hotel’s restaurant which is actually a Deck overlooking mountains. It is in front, outside the hotel and is gorgeous. Staff - courteous and polite Huge shout out to - Daniel, Natalie, Pedro, Louis, John. Rooms are nice, I booked with the forest view. Mountain view rooms are more expensive. Check size of the room before booking. They have foosball table, board games, billiards table. Self laundry service for CHF 10."

"Room was incredibly clean and staff were kind. Mountain View was beautiful. However, we came at a time where the staff was on spring break so we had to go to another local hotel nearby for any sort of help/check in or out we needed. Our heater didn’t work but they were kind to offer transferring to the partner hotel. Breakfast was included too which was nice. "The hotel and room are nice, very swiss chalet. However, the check in counter close since 20:00 though the staff are all very nice and helpful but this hotel is somewhat far and not convenience if you have no car. If you want to go further to Jungfrau, you rather find hotel around the Interlaken west/Ost station."
