"Absolutely breathtaking view"

"The hotel and room are nice, very swiss chalet. However, the check in counter close since 20:00 though the staff are all very nice and helpful but this hotel is somewhat far and not convenience if you have no car. If you want to go further to Jungfrau, you rather find hotel around the Interlaken west/Ost station."

"Amazing location, helpful staff, great bar/restaurant. Room facing the river was amazing!!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Alpenrose Hotel and Gardens! The location is wonderfully convenient—just a short, easy walk to both the bus and train stations, making it a breeze to visit Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. While the property is housed in an older building, it is clean and fully functional. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice--letting us chill in the dining room and making it super easy to reserve and enjoy the hot tub. The absolute highlight was breakfast, which offered...

"This is our second time staying here. It’s a good location if you’re traveling by train or car. The Check-In is much different than our stay 3 years ago. No one is on staff for check-in and the QR code process is a little awkward but we figured it out. They’d been gone all day doing tourist stuff, came back to the hotel at 20:30 to...

"The hotel was very charming and well-located. However, there is no staff on site at all. You need to go to another hotel (3 minutes walk away) to speak to someone. Restaurant was supposed to be on site, but it was closed. Breakfast was to be served from 7-10:30 each morning but at 8, the food ran out and wasn’t going to be replenished (a large tour group apparently ate everything before the rest of us woke up). Room was beautiful and very cozy but the beds were really hard. Pillows were...

"Great location for skiing (ski in/ski out). Hotel a little dated. Staff very friendly and helpful."
